It`s a perfect base to visit Bath or the surrounding area.We`re only 8 miles from the city centre and less than 2 hours from London. You can pop in to Bath on the train, bus or use the Park -and- Ride. If you are really brave it only takes 20 minutes to drive. THE HOTEL The Old Manor is a Grade 2 listed country house which is a mixture of Queen Anne and Georgian styles, the rambling courtyard development of the old farm buildings housing most of the bedrooms. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, most have old beams and there are old pictures and antiqes everywhere.We have 4 posters, half testers or carved wooden bedheads in all rooms, all with the latest comfy modern mattresses. Four luxury suites have recently been added in the old stable block. We a have a fabulous restaurant in the old milking parlour which offers a Table d`Hote menu at 21.00 GBP(closed Sundays) ACCOLADES Featured in `Which? Hotel` since 1993.
