Mr Merriot - Im a regular visitor of the hotel & the last time i stayed there i noticed a huge change in the way things are run there, in a very poor way & the chefs where extremely rude by walking into the restaurant area & throwing the old dirty cloths onto the floor! The staff seemed really run off there feet due to the little staff that where on for a very busy sunday, it took me 45mins to wait for my main course to come & I never got the drink I asked for to have while i had my meal. Very poor service!!

Mr & Mrs Andrews - We recently stayed at the two bridges and thought the above comments are unfair. The staff were great and helpful. We enjoyed it althouth they have no swmming pool, golfcourse, no buses for miles, the tv we hired didnt work as they have no ariel. other then that it was great. a real authentic old building. Hot water for 3 hours a day!! Fantastic

Mr Stephens - we thought the hotel was very beautiful and the location fantastic. The few staff that are at the hotel are freindly. The rooms are small and in need of decoration.

Mrs Saunders - Our father recently had his golden wedding anniversary at the Two Bridges. And the whole party were wildly dissapointed. They had double booked rooms, meaning some of our freinds and family had to make alternative accomadation arrangements even though they booked & had confirmation ltters. Having travelled from London, this was unacceptable. Managers were rude & unapollogetice, & guests had to pay for other accomadation. We were all dissapointed, and upset. The bar often unmanned & dirty.

Mr & Mrs James - We had an extremely poor experinnce at this hotel. Wih very high rates, and poor service. Staff are run off their feet and as a conciquence are very tired and unwilling/unable to assist. The bedroom we had was dirty and furniture tired. We would never stay again

Mr. Wilkins - We had our daughters wedding at The Two Bridges, and every single person and guest that stayed there, were massively dissapointed. The rooms are filthy and all have old funiture ( all of which is need of repair). One of our guests had a fly infestation in the bed. He tried to contact the night porter on the emergency number given on a sign in the reception area, and no one answered. The bar is dirty and staff few & far between. Recommend 0 out of 10
